Greek honey
Greek Honey is much better than imported honey for the following reasons:
Its taste is much superior.
Imported honey is usually “watery”, its humidity levels are rather high. It is true that the higher the humidity level the most dangerous it is for the honey to go acid.
Honey technology in Greece is not very developed, therefore the Greek honey admits less process and treatment. On the contrary, imported honey is a highly processed product (elimination of pollen, over-heated, addition of mixtures so that it does not crystallize, change of color, etc)
